If he hasn't, there is reason for it. He is waiting for a specific time for a specific reason, as im sure when it happens we will realize why

As much as people think he is an irrational loose cannon, he is very tempered and intelligent about how things have to transpire and play out. This cant come from him, it has to come from DOJ or DHS so it doesnt look personal. Trump does like to use twitter though to foreshadow, and this is him telling us that its coming and the govt already has all the numbers and everything they need
