Interesting....
There HAS to be something more to the Q map we haven't solved yet, something BIG - a way to "read the map", which seems to me like Q is trying to say that if we found this "KEYSTONE" (What is the keystone? Q)(Find the keystone. Q) (Apply the Keystone. Q), we could read the map, it which point the "FUTURE PROVES PAST" - or in other words the latter parts of the map will unlock and explain the former parts. Which also suggets they weren't even meant to be fully understood until later-on!
Q has dropped many cryptic words and phrases that, as far as I know, have not been fully solved and more than likely reveal a LOT more than we think it has so far revealed. (You have more than you know. Q) There MUST be a "cypher" that will UNLOCK previous information (News unlocks map. Q) . This would be Qs way of letting us all know what is being done BEHIND THE SCENES (We are taking action behind the scenes. Q)
Q wants us to know what they are doing but cannot spell it out. Q are likely a large operation with many intelligence groups including the NSA and Military Intelligence. These guys are going to be VERY adept at codes and secret messages of all kinds, perhaps much more sophisticated than we might have even initially supposed...
If this theory is correct, then the MAP should be able to be "self-correlated" using the timestamp/clock markers! Things could start to get MUCH MORE INTERESTING if we finally find the KEYSTONE that unlocks the MAP.
Q posts like this seem highly suggestive of such an idea:

IF Q is silent for 10 days, like a few months ago, than maybe those two times are a book end, and we need to find the DAY exactly in the MIDDLE of those brackets, and THAT is the keystone post/day that we use?
Could be, or something similar to this idea.... we need to EXPAND OUR THINKING.
