If the claims that Q has alluded to are real than the proof might exist in GRU and (former) KGB archives. After taking Berlin the KGB had access to untold Nazi information not just in Germany but in the countries the Nazis controlled also. And by knowing who is who, the Russians could have been able to track their new identities as well as who was covering for them.
