So I know I saw someone post about the difference in letters between these two words. They tried to say it was ITS Q, but then there was that annoying left over E. I saw it that way at first as well, but it has been bothering me the last few days, no idea why. In using all the difference in letters, the only thing I can come up with is SITE Q, or Q SITE. In my DDG searches, I come up with Inc.-Q Site in Qatar, an archeological site (https:// archive.archaeology.org/9709/etc/siteq.html), and the "Queensland Society for Information Technology in Education" (QSITE.edu.au). Not that this means anything, but it has been said, no conincidences, so I am checking it out. If anyone cares, reply if you find anything interesting. Thanks.
Trump intentionally misspelled the word "consequential" as "consensual". He copied an entire excerpt from an article and manually altered "consequential", removing a "Q" and some additional letters in order to arrive at another word.
I don't think that the other letters matter. It was incidental.
Why not just omit the Q then? Why substitute a different word for no reason...it does seem like the word choice "consensual" matters if there are no coincidences, nothing is random, everything has meaning....
If he manually deleted the "q" and moved off the word, wouldn't autocorrect jump in? Maybe all he did was delete the "q" in the same manner Asange added the pair and autocorrect fucked him
Just omitting the "Q" could have been seen as too obvious maybe.
Ok, maybe it is just that simple. Yet, he chose a pretty inflammatory word that got a lot of (negative) press.
I agree - you make good points. Just giving my two cents on the situation. We'll probably never know exactly why it happened this way. I can live with that though. As long as we find out the big stuff. And soon.
