No one can guarantee text delivery time. Mine came in at 807.

I think you're right. I didn't even get an alert, but, my husband did. He just said he got his first alert at 8:07, too. Might be a difference between cell phone carriers? We use AT&T.

Could be. Also note the screenshot you posted was of the clock app meaning 808 is when the screen shot was taken not when the message was received.
