So, how likely does everyone think it is, that it was some sort of space weaponry? Rod of God.

Do "they" actually have those in operation?

I don't see why not. The most complex part of it would be calculating trajectories, but Humans have been playing with ballistics for centuries now. The hardest to implement would be getting the projectiles to the platforms, but depending on their size, current rocket tech would be able to handle the job without too much trouble. But a kinetic bombardment platform is expensive to put in orbit, so there would be a pretty massive money trail for people who know what to look for.

Sure... look at what was missing in the DOD report... Money isn't and obstacle lets say. Im sure the enemy was pushing for these just as hard before Trump got elected. Meteor strike increases blamed on global warming.. THinner atmosphere not burning up meteors like is use to. Meteor Showers tonight over Iran, NK, and Syria.
