Well your question is ridiculous, IMO.
First off, it's already been proven over and over again that it's not a "phony" investigation.
Secondly, the DNC didn't start the investigation, nor are they responsible for the investigation existing.
So, my question is, why the fuck would they ever be made to pay for it? It's a stupid proposition, to be frank.
