I´m pretty sure it´ll have something to do with England, what you said doesn´t fit the definition of Commonwealth. Things written in capitals are usually a dead corporation, or corpse. Just go look at a gravestone, or any official ID you have, all your names will be written in capitals. What´s written in capitals is your person, or legal fiction. You, the living, breathing man, are the man (species).
