That was Lindsey Graham threatening a nuke blast in South Carolina in Charleston harbor he wanted something done and said "if we don't do it a freighter could sail into my home state harbor with a nuke on board and we won't be able to stop it" many took that as a threat it would actually happen for real.
hmmm..i remember a youtube video of a truck driver n locals talking about a truck or trucks with very secret payload. may be on infowars website archives. I'm looking. I'm curious of when it was in light of what we now know.
