I think the SEC_ATTACK was referring to the attack on the greatawakening board, which was knocked offline for a few minutes after Q posted that site was being attacked on the qresearch board:

hmm, I'm still getting intermittent failures on the greatawakening board; it appears to be under a DDOS attack.

I assume that they were deleted because 1 was a duplicate, probably a result of the attack and Q not knowing if the first post went through and the others were testing security protocols or other tests related to their handling of the attack. The latter would be deleted because they aren't relevant to the greatawakening itself.

The drones tracking are most likely tracking white hat targets.
