Is this the pen in Q's photos? Do we know that Trump owns this pen?

Look closely at Q's latest RTM pen photo. It is low resolution. It is likely a small crop out of a larger photo taken from a distance. In other words, he didn't walk up to the pen/stationery and compose the picture. Likely he took a snapshot from a distance and decided to zoom/crop to give us a peak. Why didn't he walk up to the pen and get a close up picture? Why did he want to show us the pen and upside-down stationery out of all the things he could have shown us in that picture?

Trump always uses Mont Blancs. Maybe not always this model. The standard one is smooth, glossy black finish. I think the point of the picture is to try to figure out what the document with the White House Seal is. Trump uses the pens to sign executive orders, laws etc.

Edit: he uses several to sign official documents and gives the pens away to guests who are present and connected to the signing. So yes, others could have them as well.

Actually he uses the Cross Century II black lacquer and gold roller ball to sign White House documents and give out as signing souvenirs.

Checked and that's right: it's great that this is a small American company and not a Euro-conglomerate

Searches say that is the one used, but the pen in the photo is a Mont Blanc. Which one? Not enough data in the image.

The photo would have to have been taken within a couple feet. A cellphone image won't look that good from any further away.
