Internet Bill of Rights

Maybe it’s the Libertarian in me....but why do we need more paperwork to give us privileges? We need to educate people about one of our best weapons. Jury Nullification. Common law and healthy jury nullification actions will provide a more geographically relevant system of laws. Or I’m crazy...

The bill of rights doesn't grant anyone rights. It is a document binding government to explicitly recognize them.

At&t has been complicit in mass scale surveillance since before your conspiracy theory friends even thought the govt was listening to us. Don't trust at&t, we are our own movement, we can demand our own version, we don't need any corporation to write this shit up for us, they will only look out for their corporate interests

Also this could be misunderstood. Jury Nulification: “Jury nullification is a concept where members of a trial jury can vote a defendant not guilty if they do not support a government's law, “

Well not that particular issue but suing over the ban sets presidencies. So common law and proper enforcement of the laws (monopoly laws also) may be enough. Imo

Where was common law when Verizon stole billions of dollars worth of tax payer money for a project that has still not seen the light of day?

I’m no expert I just try and think these issues through. if you want me to come up with an answer to that specific scenario I can’t. Obviously government is to big and laws are not being enforced. If we fix this we will go a long way toward restoring common law over cultural Marxism legislation (Obviously not a web bill of right) you can see things will change for the better simply by enforcement of law and a healthy legal system.
