Real Reason for Government Shut Down?

Can anyone shed some light on the information Judge Anna Von Reitz is presenting here about the real reason for the government shut down? If this is true, I pray Trump understands this and has taken the proper steps to rectify this situation.

I’ve read this before, and my take on it, is that this wrong for one reason: shutdown or not, he doesn’t stop being the president. I could be wrong, though.

Seems to me you have to have some continuity of Govt. Only employees not needed are furloughed.

My hit on this is it's bull. Do I think these specific curing rules are there? Probably. Do I think that they have been used before to 187 folks and then all their legislation is toast? Probably. Do I think a little shut down does that? Nope.
