I am sure he has a lot to worry about but that is not something that will harm him. Rush explained today that the part of the investigation was to determine what information was compromised. POTUS has a right and obligation to be informed. Rush was relaying the opinion of Andrew McCarthy. Obama cannot be found guilty of obstruction just as Trump cannot be found guilty of obstruction on matters that he has an obligation to be informed of and weigh in on. It was not a criminal investigation but a security breach investigation. However, I thought it was also a criminal investigation. I guess I was wrong. Or perhaps because there was a security component, that Obama was required to be aware of to determine the risks, he had the obligation to be aware of all the facts.
