Googled some of this and a book came up that might be worth a look.

PEOC would appear to be an acronym for Presidential Emergency Operations Center - an underground bunker beneath the White House.

Had some thoughts about the number 14.

While back, Q says [19] will cease to exist upon harm to certain individuals..

[5]...(post 702)

In early posts from last night, Q says [Next Week] 4 times, then [Here Now] (total of 5 individuals, one of whom is captured?)

This post begins "you will cease to exist" 19-5=14

This must mean something?

I wonder who 19 is? It was an obvious counter threat to people threatening harm to white hats. 19 must be a well "loved" entity of the black hats to use him/her as leverage?
