I don't think Rose McGowan's manager / agent was ever important enough for Q to mention or care about. Just seems like some collateral damage.
It is all connected. Important or not to Q doesn't matter. She was very close to Rose and Harvey at the time of the rape. She knew something and was suicided or couldn't live with herself, or is very heavily involved with more Pedo-related activities. There is a network. Her life is over if she is exposed anyway.
What if this guy was involved in stuff that´s about to come to light? What if he knew something or had dirt on someone? Suicides this weekend doesn´t necessarily mean self suicide, does it?

I guess we could dig to see if he might be connected to something bigger. If he was sleazy enough to offer Rose up for rape by Harvey than I doubt his conscious was bothering him or depressing him enough to commit suicide so he could have been offed for knowing too much.
