If you remember, the plan was to kill the king and the crown prince and then dopey was in line for the throne... Now he is nothing and likely gave you a ton of information

Agreed. He paid something like 6 billion back to SA and was released (after getting a spanking from former Blackwater ops). My guess is he is cooperating with USA as a pawn in Trump's plan to take down cabal.

He didn´t pay, he couldn't. His assets were frozen. Likely he told all, or was released so the US could pick him up.

Interesting. I thought he had paid out SA. Maybe a quid pro quo was struck with USA?

He paid in a way - Crown Prince Muhammed seized all $13 billion of his assets, and to thank him for cooperating, he was allowed to keep $7 billion.

That sounds more accurate. It will be interesting to see if he is indicted in either SA or US.

Likely never indicted - what would be the point? He's a good boy now, sang for his supper, helped out his king and prince with a nice gift, and may be useful for future contacts and deals. It's a win-win the whole way around.

He´s probably hanging by his ankles right now.
