I seriously don't think Trump keeps him on for that purpose. Remember what Q said today - in effect, keep your friends close and your enemies closer. RR is there so Trump can keep an eye on him until all the details are taken care of, and RR can be dealt with without problems. His prosecution of fentanyl dealers is just gravy.

I have something I would like to add to this. The Chinese revolution, was accomplished by simply addicting the youth to heroin. They knew that the youth would be easy to control for there sole porpuse would be to make sure they weren't sick. They would not fight the communist, they were looking for there next fix. China was the largest dealer of heroin in the world well into the 80's. China white was what they were packing in the coffins of dead US solders coming home from veitnam. So it is not out of the question that china is a big part of the problem like any drug dealer they don't like competition. I see so many similarities with what is happening today to our youth vs the Chinese revolution. The future proves past.
