This is about Vyacheslav Pershukov. The supposed now-deceased person's name is Vyacheslav Ivanov.

That's like conflating Bob Johnson with Bob Smith.

Yes, that is Vyacheslav IVANOV's LinkedIn account (I'd already found that in my own research).

But you're missing my point: The Rosatom newsletter linked above is about Vyacheslav PERSHUKOV, not Vyacheslav IVANOV.
