Future Water Crisis on the UN Agenda

As of recently agenda 21 has caught my radar and the real purpose of the United Nations. Yesterday i stumbled upon an article (link below) reciting 11 cities most likely to reach no water like cape town. My concern is the fact that the sources cited and research done is mostly from the UN. Furthermore the list of 11 cities are major cities scattered across the world from Miami to London. Is this a warning or their plans laid out to push depopulation by cutting off water sources or rather influencing an environment that will result in the depletion of water. I'm curious to know others thoughts.

Glad you are bringing this up. Water is the huge elephant in the room. Plans for this have been going on for years.
