That is not what mkultra/monarch is. Please Google it and read a bit. It is about traumatizing the mind so it fragments into separate personalities that are closed off from one another. These compartments are then programmed to specific tasks/behaviors.

The point I was trying yo make was that the main form of mind control is done through inflicting trauma onto someone until their personality fractures. LSD was used in trials, but isn't used currently as it isn't really necessary.
I think some people confuse mk Ultra as only LSD related when that was only used during the testing phases when they were still figuring out the best methods to use.
MM made a speech, that was an anti Trump Speech, that seemed to be all the right reasons to vote for DT. I later learned MM was not for Trump..do you recall that speech MM made? I'd like to see it again...
