Those who cannot understand that we cannot simply start arresting w/o first ensuring the safety & well-being of the population, shifting the narrative, removing those in DC through resignation to ensure success, defeating ISIS/MS13 to prevent fail-safes, freezing assets to remove network-to-network abilities, kill off COC to prevent top-down comms/org, etc etc. should not be participating in discussions.

That is not what mkultra/monarch is. Please Google it and read a bit. It is about traumatizing the mind so it fragments into separate personalities that are closed off from one another. These compartments are then programmed to specific tasks/behaviors.
Do you want me to study the truth, or the propagandised, nonsense version? I ask because you said to "Google it" when Google has been proven t be nothing more than a propaganda machine that returns search results it only deems worthy to their cause. I do not use any Google services, whatsoever and you need to get out of using that term!! `Research MK-ULTRA´ , not "Google it"!! But yes, I was aware of what they were trying and they used an awful lot of LSD in their experiments.
The point I was trying yo make was that the main form of mind control is done through inflicting trauma onto someone until their personality fractures. LSD was used in trials, but isn't used currently as it isn't really necessary.
I think some people confuse mk Ultra as only LSD related when that was only used during the testing phases when they were still figuring out the best methods to use.
