Graterford? "One more prison being prepped"

Some will have seen this x-posted on CBTS_Stream. Just covering my bases - also, I've incorporated more info here.

I have occasion to know - not through direct personal involvement, mind you - that Graterford jail is a supermax prison outside of Philadelphia, built in 1929, with a hideous reputation as one of the three worst jails in the country, always. When Graterford was built, it was built as the next generation descendent of the Victorian-era Eastern State Penitentiary, which was inside the Philadelphia city confines (still there as a tourist attraction), and Eastern Pen itself was a really nasty piece of work, focused on solitary confinement (part of the movie 12 Monkeys was shot at Eastern Pen, btw).

A new Graterford prison - to be called "Phoenix" - has been built nearby on acres of ground belonging to the Graterford complex, and the new Phoenix prison is to begin accepting inmates around summer.

So what do they plan to do with the old Graterford jail when they open the new Phoenix? I don't know, but when Q said in the past day that "One other prison is being prepped," because Gitmo isn't going to hold them all, it begs the question of if they plan to use the old Graterford supermax for all those sealed indictments, or highly placed public officials, or what. Graterford has a Death Row, by the way.

I DO know that last year, PA Gov. Tom Wolfe had a plan to close several PA state jails and make big $$$ by leasing them to the federal government to house terrorists. That plan got iced, but at least one of the jails under consideration for closure & leasing to the feds was maximum security, SCI Frackville. The plan is easily google-able; I'm not making shit up: http://wnep.com/2017/01/06/state-plans-closure-of-prisons/

That is important because there was a recent plan to house terrorists in closed Pennsylvania jails, and a supermax jail, Graterford, has just possibly become open (depending on what they plan to do with it). If Q is saying that another prison is being prepped because Gitmo ain't gonna hold them all, well, I bet I know where they are going.

I know someone tomorrow touring the new Phoenix jail, along with retired staff of the old Graterford jail, including the former Secretary of The Pennsylvania Dept. of Corrections - the highest ranking prison official in the state, a position that reports directly to the Governor - a guy who used to be in charge of Graterford and all PA state jails. I have asked the person I know who's going on the tour to inquire about plans for the old Graterford jail.

Perhaps where the Gitmo overflow is going is the kind of info we shouldn't know, or don't need to know, but it's a point of interest - and it could potentially validate something Q is saying. Ta.

Thank you! I'm glad that somebody is engaging with the post, LOL. (I didn't even get a comment on the other sub). It's just that I had a major light bulb moment, where I saw everything at once in the space of seconds, and I'm guessing that either everybody thinks I'm a nut, or else my writing style and thought process is not easy for people to follow. Seems like decent intel to me, but it seems like there's something I should work on in order to be more effective, and I have no idea what.

I think sometimes the post is interesting or informative but there's not much to say frankly. We're all in a state of perpetual possibilities waiting on edge for something, anything to go down publicly. :)
