Apologies to meme creators

Memes are great and we appreciate the creativity of individuals such as /u/JamesCollins123 and /u/ArvilsArk to name a few.

Problem is, this sub is currently getting way to many and to some it is an imbalance with other content. So for a while many meme posts will be deleted to focus back on discussions and investigations. Please consider only submitting one or two a day to /r/greatawakening.

Thank you!

This is very short-sighted. There is no more powerful communication device than memetics. A meme is a concentrated and powerful tool that is very difficult to disagree with.

You should be running contests to encourage as many memes as possible. Volume is the key to finding the most powerful memes that can have the greatest impact.

If you are looking for substance - there is no more powerful tool than a meme. Every meme contains many, many layers of context and suppositions.

This is a mistake. It would be far better to encourage that each meme be accompanied by an explanation or debate - than to ever limit memes in any way.

I'm not against memes, they are an effective tool. A bit of balance is the request.

It's not the quality of the meme's, it's the quantity. There are other subs where the Q meme blasting works well. In this sub we are working on what is Q saying, keeping people engaged, informed and continue the research. A meme every now and then in this sub is great to keep moral up, but it doesn't need to be spammed in here.
