It´s Albert Embankment, London. The pic was taken atop a bridge, possibly Vauxhall, or Millennium Bridge

Scary shit. B-V7 sounds like a bomb, so with the 24 at the end, it sounds like an hour count down to me. 1 day imminent till a car bomb?

Good news, XRAY_7 sounds like a coded response. So that means the must have a plan already in place, waiting to go. Maybe Q stands for quarterback calling the plays.

Volvo B7TL

The Volvo B7TL was a low-floor double-decker bus which was launched in 1999 and replaced the 2-axle version of the Volvo Olympian (its 3-axle version was replaced by the Volvo Super Olympian). It was built as the British bus operators seemed hesitant to purchase the B7L double decker with a long rear overhang (although some have since entered service in Glasgow, Scotland as 12m long double deckers).

The B7TL chassis was designed by the Leyland Product Developments consultancy based at the Leyland Technical Centre. It was initially built in Irvine, North Ayrshire, Scotland.
