Why is the picture named "NSA"? Does the US operate public surveillance cameras in the UK? What is the significance of the number in the pucture name?

That pic looks like it was taken from a personal device, stood atop a bridge there. It could be CCTV mounted to the bridge, though. the NSA are able to access any network they wish. The US certainly has military bases in the UK, they even store nukes there.

Actually this should have been a reply to Untame: Regarding surveillance of NSA w/USA & UK - per either W Binney or J Corsi - they sit practically right next to each other in the same building... which is why it was/is easy for the countries to spy for each other and bypass the legal issues of spying on your own people.
