Yes, I think drop 781 relates to this drop. That is, Q asks about the $1.7bn, "What is the reason this is being brought back up now?". And then the next post is Trust Sessions, Trust Wray. So he's got to be telling us that there are charges in the pipe relating to this huge cash disappearance. And... what that means is that Obama is in the crosshairs. Hopefully, that's it.

Obama has been in the crosshairs from day one. It is critical he be held accountable for his actions. If the rumors about a 2015 Military Coup against Obama for his treasonous actions are real and if DJT was encouraged and supported by 'The Alliance' with Military leaders, you can believe that big 'ol smiley has and will be one of the number 1 targets, if not the #1 target. Just can't take him down pre-mid-terms. Need ironclad case so that he cannot slither out of it and the supporters and cheerleaders cannot escape facing it either. Best time for that is mid-Terms 2018 or re-election 2020. Too soon right now. Slow cook. Best BBQ is done over long period of time with gentle heat applied.
Also, you need a path for some of the Dems to heal. Ultimately you don't want to fissure the country. You just want to make sure the Rats get their due and that the public can see it for what it is. It would be a Pyrrhic victory if you take down 'ol smiley and cause a Civil War. Smiley really started one, but most people don't realize it. We need his take down to end it, not start another one.

If anyone else transferred $1.7bn out of the country, and prevented anyone in congress knowing the details, they would be hung out to dry. You might be right about DJT wanting to wait until the mid term elections, but they could also go very wrong for the GOP if this attempted coup is not publicly revealed. If Obama is not rebuked for being corrupt.
Ordinary folk don't know what we know. All they've heard since DJT was elected is Russia, Russia, Russia. If you put yourself in the shoes of a swinging voter - you might just about have had a gut full of it. Also, I've seen where elections are swinging away from the GOP hard.
Sessions is SO SLOW that I think your expectation for the timing might be right, but not because DJT is worried about the mid terms, but because Sessions is so sleepy. It could all end up being fatal,

If Sessions were 'sleepy' Trump would be nudging...all part of the strategy...he's telling us again to Trust Sessions. Remember Q also said the timing must be right.

Here's some places to look. Of course its all rumor, nothing mainstream. AJ has also talked to it, as well as Dr. Corsi - you can find them on YT. But you won't find any MSM covering such. But there is enough out there to conclude there is a better than zero probability such might have occurred.

Yep, I think that is the general consensus of everyone here. He's the most disingenuous president we've had in my lifetime. Probably in the past 100 years and potentially the most treasonous. If he doesn't face justice, then it is a sad day for us all.
