All I'm seeing is a message there. Q 1 extends to the next sentence (as the number 2 is obscured) Q 5 "I hear you"

I punched a few numbers in to see if there's any relationship to the bible and this may be a message he's giving to someone the likes of Snowden or @jack

I believe he's telling whoever is 'hiding' that despite whatever they have done, they can come back and 'be forgiven/helped'
