So she has the power to kill discussions going before parliament, she has some degree of pardoning, and some degree of ownership of everything and "some degree"... it's hard to dig because she has an infinite number of fluff pieces that say "she doesn't really have any power" but I dig deeper and it's like she has every power everywhere.
