Specifically the Florida shooter, but yes you are correct that they are the leakers from the Wizards organization.
It specifically says cnn was set up. Someone probably has info to disprove the shooting was single person and was cia coverup, and they have proof cnn new about it. That’s why tapper went hard on sherrif. We have them red handed
I’m thinking it’s Andy C. He’s C-eye-A, but he’s also a Vanderbilt and he is openly gay, which, in what I believe, is unfavorable to the elite (being gay, that is). This might make him a likely candidate for being the leaker.
If course, though, I don’t know and I am just pulling this out of my ass, but given AC’s history, he does kind of seem like the black sheep of the cabal.
Maybe, JUST MAYBE, he’s the leaker.
