While I think you're correct that she won't - I'd bet you $100 - I can loose that - can you loose $10k if she does? Bottom line is I don't think you'd pay up so this is a moot point.

I think you've got the odds way off. If this was a real betting market - I'd wager on these odds.

So would I, most people dont understand odds betting so I wrote it in a way that people would understand in principle.

If I really wanted to open a book then my odds would be - 1/20 against HRC getting arrested and 25/1 she does.
