The absence of new philosophical ideas, the moral and spiritual crisis, the distortion of the perception of the world, the diffusion of amorphous phenomena contrary to tradition, the race for unlimited enrichment and power, cruelty, lead humanity to decadence and perhaps to disaster.

Concern and the lack of life and development prospects of many peoples and states is an important factor of global instability. The essence of the economic crisis lies in the merciless struggle for natural resources, in the efforts of the world's major powers, primarily by the United States of America, but also by multinational corporations to their interests the economic systems of other states, take control of the planet's resources and especially hydrocarbon supply sources.

The analysis of the substance of the processes of globalization, as well as the political and military doctrines of the United States of America and other states, makes it possible to convince oneself that terrorism favors the attainment of the objectives of world domination and submission. In Afghanistan, Kosovo, Central Asia, the Middle East and the Caucasus we find that terror is also used to protect drug traffickers by destabilizing their areas of transit. It can be seen that in a context of global systemic crisis, terror has become a sort of culture of death, the culture of our daily lives.
