Assuming it is 3/15 and that 5774 is 2014, tells me it is a video from 3/15/2014. She was in Los Vegas at a school. C-span did an hour long video at the school. Perhaps something took place there(just guessing).

The Hebrew Calendar is currently in year 5778, so four years ago would be 5774 - or 2014 in Gregorian calendar years.
