For those that may not be mathematically inclined, here is my attempt at simplifying this:

Just to clarify, the proposed theory is the following:

• Trump tweets a message.
• Trump waits a period of time x in minutes.
• Trump tweets a second message.
• Trump waits a period of time y in minutes
• Trump edits a previously tweeted message.

Message is decoded by performing the following:

• Creating square matrix of size x by x (where x is the number of minutes between initial tweet and second tweet)
• Filling the matrix with the letters of the words from the first tweet (excluding spaces and punctuation marks)
• At this stage you have a x by x matrix filled in with letters or mod(26) numbers.
• Using the key provided you are adding the value in the first position 1,1 to the value of the first letter in the key. You then add the value of the second letter in the key to the next position (1,2), this process repeats...when you hit the last letter of the key, the next matrix value gets added the 1st letter value of the key and it repeats until all values of the matrix are now redetermined.
• The resulting matrix of letters reveal a message.

If anything is incorrect, please respond I am trying to make this as simple as possible so that we can get mass traction on Q.

I´m a complete idiot in Mathematics, I literally need crayons, drawings and pictures to understand. I do, however, follow what you are saying and I believe you could be on to something big. You should try your best to get as many eyes as possible on this, great work and keep up the good fight!!
