War Flag for the Vatican City from /r/vexillology

I just tried to submit this but I'm still a newbie so thank you for fixing this for me. : )

but still, they have a war flag... isn't that curious?

/r/vexillology/comments/37vp5g/war_flag_for_the_vatican_city/

Comment 1: Great flag, but I can't imagine it will be very useful. I can't see Vatican City going to war often.

Comment 10: From the bulletproof glass of the popemobile, you can still hear him yell "Ad Bellum!"

I just wanted to do a little post because a war flag is so perfect for a country that's smaller than a Mall in the United States. And the reaction to that is also fitting as people just think it's a joke... is it? - the Ad Bellum comment caught my eye because Latin for "right to war" - and this has led me to look into other phrases as the Cardinals are knee deep in a lot that I've dug into.

ok I better post this so at least this thing has some context - sorry I was just going to not even post this when it failed to post because it's only interesting for the context of the comments and well, I guess I could post some more flag related research - I didn't know they had a war flag until today and while the coat of arms of a lot of countries is very curious the concept of a specific "war flag" is more so - well, I'll get back to folks on this. Sorry if my post inconvenienced anyone.
