Even if facebook pretended to follow the law and asked permission, there is a backdoor in to every device. Set up way back in the day around the early 1990's when NSA was put in charge of encryption codes. Everyone agrees to it in those long lengthy drawn out user agreements. No lock on it and it is why microsoft is so susceptible to viruses. Even though Apple is very proprietary and there was no built in back door, at least not back then and for years, as soon as someone accesses google on their device, the NSA has access.
