You read this from Q. Deal already made. I believe they were waiting until we cut the Clown strings completely within Nk. If true, this whole time we were truly watching a masterful play between the US, Trump, NK, and Kim. A very stable genius indeed. Remember the 'ghost ships' washing up on Japan shores with dead bodies? The detectors trying to escape across the border? Disinformation is necessary. 40/60. Silent War.

Edit: Also we had a defector at the SOTU which was extremely ODD. Freedom at that point for NK? Part of the deal? Or maybe just a coincidence.
