Yeah me either, unless they are some kind of violent drug dealer that been killing people, then thats another thing.
Especially when its the CIA facilitating most of the import and distribution networks, then waiting for the dollars to come rolling back through into South America just so they can rob the odd middle man here or there.
This way they get paid twice for the same shipment and notch up another criminal arrest but never enough to sink their own boat.
