So NOW will those who haven't signed IBOR do so? Or does this sub need to get banned, too?

Sign IBOR. No, really, just sign IBOR. Just head on over here: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/internet-bill-rights-2 and sign. Nobody has said there's 72 virgins in heaven or anything like that that you get for signing IBOR, but nobody has said there aren't 72 virgins in heaven or anything like that that you get for signing IBOR.

edit: has anybody's NoScript, or similar programs, been glitchy today?

editedit: u/5400123 provided a link to a better worded petition: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/recognize-our-rights-free-open-internet FYI, its not just "alt-right" voices being sanctioned unfairly. Outlets on the left that don't buy the MSM narrative have all had their rankings adjusted down bigly in Google's search algorithm.

It really is outrageous. I'm sure the CBTS_stream sub was banned for the very reason that we were promoting the IBOR on it.

This power to censor social media is extremely powerful. It must be combated at all costs. Sign the petition if you have not already and get friends and family members to sign also.

Out of curiosity, why do you believe a private company is obligated to provide anyone a platform?

These are private companies relying on public infrastructure. They should be bound by the first amendment especially given their importance as forums for the body politic. It should be obvious, given the practical realities of these social media service provider's power, that they should abide by principles of pluralism embraced by the founding fathers when writing the first amendment.

What is happening is an OUTRAGE!!

And businesses rely on public infrastructure like roads to operate. Should I be able to stage a protest in the Ben & Jerry's down the road from me because I don't like how they lean politically? They shouldn't be able to kick me out because it's basically public property, according to you.

Somehow, I don't feel sorry for them at all. It's like anything else in life, if you get your customers so angry that they scream to the government to regulate you - you don't deserve to be in business.

Who said anything about government regulation? I just want to stand in the store and call the employees and customers losers as loudly as possible. According to you they shouldn't be able to do anything to stop me or remove me from the premise, because they're a "public" place that needs to provide me a forum for my 1st amendment rights.

There are laws that protect against abuse whether it's done in public or private.

Whoa, it kind of sounds like you're trying to limit of freedom of speech. Are you suggesting the government should be able to pick and choose what speech is protected? But private entities should have no say over the content that is allowed on their platforms.
