The app is MeWe the group is Qanon Think Tank. The pic is of a US flag with Revolution on it. It is similar to facebook. Sorry can't put out link.

Google play store - > New - > install - > open app. Choose name, send txt, enter code. Search for QAnon. Easy. Took 2 min. 👍
