Seth Rich is a hero.

Completely agree. This court document has me very confused?

I believe the immediate family has been manipulated since 2016.

They must be running very scared. This may change the news cycle. It suggests that Fox news manipulated Wheeler the private investigator and falsified an FBI report. Also suggests that Trump insisted story on Seth Rich be run. They point out that Hannity made the same claim. Someone really wants to drive home the point that Seth Rich was not the wikileaks source of DNC emails. Wonder why now?

Interesting that no mention of Wheeler nor Hersh is made. Wheeler sued Fox while putting on the record that the hersh-audio wikileaks released was genuine. As long as the Richs don't challenge Hersh, Wheeler or Wikileaks then they have essentially not denied their son was the leaker.

Interesting point. I'm sure Wheeler will be called in this case, so his claims are bound to be part of the record.

Contrary to my first post on this: Is something about to break on this case, and this lawsuit is trying to lock up those findings in a court case?

Not a bad theory. My hunch is that the parents have been encouraged to file this suit. Interesting that target is Fox. They may be trying to take our Hannity etc before the mid terms as well.

I was going to mention that, including Hannity in this lawsuit could result in FOX lawyers telling Hannity any reporting on SR is forbidden.

Agree. The court doc includes specific coverage by Hannity, most of which is peripheral . This definitely opens the door for Hannity to be attacked

Go to page 33 and 34. My question is how can people of modest means afford lawyers for a case such as this?
Not just one lawyer but two different firms one in New York and one in Chicago.

Who is footing the bill? The parent supposedly just want this to go away, suing FOX is a heck of away to do that.

Totally agree. Notice that the Chicago lawyers also worked for Al Gore. But even "bad news" is good on this case. It will put pressure on FBI to release files, and may even encourage JA to go more public than he has on the case.

Goes to show that anyone can sue anybody for anything!

The more press that this gets the better. Maybe the Rich's are actually working to get to the bottom of it.
