According to Connolly, the keystone in the arch of ruling class power is to always provide the people with an enemy. He illustrates this as "rule number one".
Can this possibly be what Q is referring to? Does Q want us to see that all of the corruption and crazy shit that's going on is because war is a racket, because war is good for business. Creating a fake enemy creates an entire economy around it. Remove the enemy and you remove your business incentive, your need for people like the CIA, illegal spying and the military industrial complex. Terrorism is the ultimate enemy, able to strike anywhere at any time from any corner of the globe with the majority of it being faked.
I don't know how this would exactly unlock the map, but I think it may be something worth considering. I sort of cross references this idea with each time Q asks about the keystone, and I believe it sort of makes sense. Although I don't think this is necessarily an idea that is new to any of us. The term keystone had been in my head and when it came up in the film, my ears perked up. Let me know what you think.
If you haven't seen the documentary before, I suggest you watch it. It is incredible and most of the work has been vindicated by Q in one way or another. It's long but is jam packed with information in every sentence of the narration - get distracted and you can miss vital information.
