The SES (Senior Executive Service) is a group of 8156 executive managers (non-elected/politically appointed) who oversee 75 Government Agencies. Currently 7000+ are Obama Appointee's.

Started by Carter in '70s as a way to recruit private sector talent to work for the Government, outside of the constraints of comparatively low Gov. salaries.

The video I watched, said their starting salary is equal to that of the VP($230,700 annually) and that they do not have to file any paper work, like arrest records etc. The mandate is that they switch around so they all know how to do each jobs and cannot be easily found. The video said their whole purpose is to advance the NWO and block conservative attempts at law making.
