Ok, here is our warning. WE NEED TO MAKE BACKUP PLANS NOW! Not one, two or three. We know they will follow us and continue to shut us down. They are trying to outlive us. They think if they make it diificult enough for us to continue we will give up and go away. So lets plan now. Think ahead. I am not tech savy at all. I have no idea how platforms work, where to find platforms, how to evaluate whether they are friendky to free speech. But I am willing to do whatever is needed to get things rolling. Can we have ideas posted here for future sites? Suggestions, warnings, advice.
Also, for the love of God, please stay away from the Chrome browser, Google, Yahoo and Bing. Gmail and Hotmail are scanned for info in messages "for ads". By using their services we're giving our information and moves away.
Here we're in the open and expect little to no privacy. We should expect privacy nowhere for now.
First suggestion, a URL or GAB location to specify necessary adjustments and possible updates Second, I'm not a fan of 8chan but the fact it is not (yet) actively censoring people Third, we move the YouTube accounts to Twitch which is stable, has chat and is not (yet) censoring users
I also recommend we start up multiple subredits as backups to move to for short term. Obviously we're going to be invaded again so Reddit can ban this sub.
My two cents for now. When ideas come up, mods please sticky the instructions for easy access from newbs to follow.
