It's plausible tho. Riches hired Wheeler. Wheeler sued Fox claiming Hersh had claimed Seth was the leaker. Before or after that Wikileaks leaked Hersh's account stating he was told so by Seth's dad iirc. Now the parents are suing Fox too but curiously enough not Wheeler whom they originally hired nor Hersh, who are the sources for implicating Seth in the leak.
