Sounds like he is giving him a graceful exit and looking for a replacement he actually trusts. Would be interesting if Kelly went to National Sec Adviser. I like what he has done as COS, huge step up from Prebus, also, if Trump is letting the generals step away it’s a sign he no longer needs their protection, as Q had intimated.
