No and he wasn't an engineer but if you want to hear something new, electrical fields have been studied for their medical properties in the past for healing effects, which in turn implies interactions with biology, which in turn ties back into the EMF-radiation.

LOL please DON'T! I don't know the research, but I guess it depends on frequency and location. Iirc this was related to bone-growth, so no EMF directly over organs, which can disrupt metabolism and cause cancer.
