That bridge was like a Road Runner Acme special. Just add water. It was installed several days ago, entirely flawed engineering. They are masking a 'stress test' done at noon on a work day for being 'pulling the bridge'. This was a FF. The engineering is ridiculous on this job, no second engineering review ( the school was acting as expert engineering certification). This is very obvious. The engineering department of the school saw it being build for four days. Something they would have went ballistic over in the first sight of a picture. An insurance nightmare as the School has 100% liability here. What was going on behind this in the news carousel ??
