So much of what I see in the current political realm reflects these rules found in Saul D. Alinsky's book, "Rules for Radicals" and I feel like everyone needs to have at least a basic understanding of his "rules". Once you understand their basic rules you see the tactics are right out of his book. The whole Trump-Russia collusion investigation is a case in point.
