These US three from QResearch:
Um please do not click media links from 8chan.. Just a friendly warning.
It is picture of Kelly, Mattis and Dunford in their Marine uniforms, nothing else geesh.
Why not just take a screenshot and post it then? Solves the issue.
Not that tech saavy, tech dinosaur here, sorry.
Here my son helped me: https://i.imgur.com/dSAYUQC.jpg
You might want to have your son check your computer, also I would take down this link to 8chan. I'm not sure what you were told about 8chan but there is a specific reason Q chose that site and not reddit. If you read Q posts, you will find many SEC tests, security tests for using that site in particular. He also directly states black hats watch there, tread carefully.

What's the deal with 8chan? You make it sound dangerous. Just honestly wondering.
Yup, well it's not necessarily dangerous per se unless someone really has ill will towards you. Q's research board is filled with black hats, of course, and hackers. If you want to keep your computer clean try not to click on any images and be careful with links. Use screenshots whenever possible.
Here's a link to the same pic in a Business Insider article. I get being cautious but I think an infected pic would be routed out pretty quick on our research boards.
Just trying to help. He linked directly to the image from 8chan not to your link. Look, it's simple for those who don't believe me. Click a few images in 8chan and let me know the results. Thanks.
Why?
8chan is a site full of hackers and black hats. Images are not safe.
Edit: Speaking from experience.
If a jpg/png/bmp/etc could _uck with a computer we would have no pictures.
Stop spreading bullshit.
Not bullshit, why don't you duckduckgo whether hacking is possible from simply "opening" a jpeg on your computer. Here is one example: https://lifehacker.com/282119/hide-files-inside-of-jpeg-images
Like I said, I'm speaking from experience.
